Students need to be on campus by 7:45 AM each day. Once testing begins, we are unable to admit late arrivals.
Families, you can support your child by:
• Making sure they get plenty of rest
• Providing a healthy breakfast
• Getting them to school on time
• Encouraging them to stay confident and give their best effort

Yesterday, our students experienced history where it happened.
As a reward for their outstanding growth on their third benchmark, students visited the Stax Museum of American Soul Music—but this trip was about far more than celebration. It was the culmination of a powerful unit of study on the Civil Rights Movement and the role music played in shaping it.
Over the past nine weeks, students engaged with a curriculum developed in partnership with the museum’s education director, exploring how the sounds of Memphis and Mississippi helped give voice to a movement, inspire change, and unite communities.
Walking through the very spaces where that history was created, students were able to connect their learning to real places, real people, and real stories. This kind of place-based learning transforms understanding into something lasting.
