The Upward Bound program at Rust College prepares 9th-12th grade students for success through high school, to enter and graduate from college with a bachelor's degree. SMSD is experiencing power outages at the middle and high schools. We are experiencing internet delays and phone issues throughout the district. Our cafeteria is fully functional and serving lunches. We have been in contact with Entergy and are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
