Mrs. Scrivener from the Center for Applied Earth Science and Engineering Research (CAESER) at the University of Memphis visited our 8th grade Cyber II and STEM classes on Friday. She presented an overview of the Midsouth’s groundwater supply from the aquifer systems. Students learned about how AI is used to prevent overuse and pollution in our area, and they also got to recreate a ground water model using ice cream and cookies!
